I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience dedicated to healthcare. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I provide medication management and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, insomnia, substance use disorders, and psychotic disorders, in addition to general health concerns. I am here to listen, guide, and empower you to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. Your physical and mental health is my priority, and together we can work toward lasting well being.

An initial assessment is the first step in your wellness journey. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or both.
Mental Health Medication Management Follow up
Ongoing support to track your progress, manage medications, and adjust treatment as needed — always with your well-being at the center.
